seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented individual to join our team as an Outside
Sales Representative in our Tigard, OR office.
Qualifications:
- Outside sales experience: Proven track record in outside sales, including proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and telemarketing.
Janitorial field experience: Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Basic math skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Technical proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivation: Self-driven with confidence, outgoing personality, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and closing: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, converting prospects into clients.
Account management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and upselling additional services.
CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in the company's CRM system.
Networking: Engage with property management groups in the Portland area to expand our client base.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive base pay ranging from $46,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year.
Additional Compensation: Uncapped Commissions potential, bonuses, car allowance, and expense allowance.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
Schedule: Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, during day hours.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales occupations and 2 years in outside sales.
License/Certification: Valid driver's license is required.
Work Location:
This position requires in-person work at our Tigard, OR office.
